- A Debt Management Advisor will contact the customer within 20 minutes.
- Where possible a Debt Management pack will be prepared and sent the same day.
- The customer signs and returns their paperwork and supporting documents to us and makes their first monthly payment.
- Commission is paid to you by BACS.
