- Complete and submit an online application.
- An IVA advisor will contact the customer within 20 minutes. Where possible an IVA pack will be prepared and sent the same day.
- The customer completes and returns the application form to us. We can arrange a meeting with a field advisor to assist with this if required.
- From the information provided we calculate the proposed monthly contribution to the creditors and confirm the offer in writing to the customer who must sign and return it in order to proceed.
- A meeting with the creditors is scheduled (for which the customer must be available by telephone).
- On acceptance by the creditors a payment schedule for the period of the IVA will be given to the customer.
- Commission is paid to you by BACS.
The IVA will be managed by us for its duration, supervised by our own IP's.
We will keep you up to date the whole way through the application by your preferred contact method.
